If you're looking to buy or sell in the Vancouver area, Michael is your guy! As a first-time home buyer, I was given the option of 3 recommended realtors. After meeting with each of them, I ultimately decided on Michael Bolen. Once I met with him, he understood exactly what I was looking for in an apartment. At the time of our purchase (May 2016), the market was extremely competitive. After losing a bid on one apartment, Michael called me the day after with another opportunity in Lower Lonsdale at a building that had been sold out almost immediately. He contacted the sales rep there repeatedly and multiple times daily. After no luck, he pushed her to let him know if anybody decided to rescind their offer on a unit in the building.
